Language Training for the Workplace
Spanish for the Workplace courses are designed for individuals who supervise Spanish-speaking employees or need to communicate with clients/customers in a work setting. Instruction includes vocabulary of the work setting, non-grammar instruction for conversational communication, and cross-cultural information.
Spanish for Healthcare Professionals
This course will allow family practitioners, physicians, pharmacists, healthcare providers, nurse practitioners, ER personnel, hospital administrators, and medical assistants to communicate with customers, clients or patients in a healthcare setting.

Spanish Language & Diversity Training for Healthcare Professionals
Designed for a broad audience of medical professionals including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative associates to improve communication with Spanish-speaking patients and their families.
Spanish Language & Diversity Training for Industry, Manufacturing & Warehousing
Designed for supervisors, team leaders, and crew leads in manufacturing environments to improve communication with Spanish-speaking workers resulting in better teamwork and productivity.
Spanish Language & Diversity Training for Customer Service Professionals
Designed for customer service professionals who have direct contact with Spanish-speaking customers to help with their needs and answer questions.
Spanish Speakers in the Workplace: Promoting Cross-Cultural Understanding
Designed for supervisors and coworkers of Spanish-speaking employees. This course focuses on ways to minimize or eliminate barriers to understanding and communication in the workplace and improve productivity, harmony, and stability within the workplace.

Chinese Culture/Basic Conversational Chinese
Focus is on cultural differences between Chinese & Americans, including an explanation of some of the most important Chinese traditions that should be respected when interacting. Basic conversational Mandarin Chinese terms are covered and handouts with pronunciation guides are included for future reference. 8 hours. Topics to be Covered:- Part 1. Basic Conversations
- Greeting people
- Asking things
- Bargaining at a market
- Ordering at a restaurant
- Jingles of useful verbs
- Part 2. Important Traditions
- Taboos to avoid
- Colors and numbers
- Gifts
- Chinese New Year
- Social manners
- Business manners
- Part 3. Industrial Terms
- Workplace vocabulary specific to the industry (education, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.)
